On 24th February Lord Carnarvon and Mr Haward Carter made an exiciting discovery.They found the tomb of Tutankhamun în the Valey of the Kings in Egypt.The magnificient tomb is more than 3000 years old.When they found Tutankamun's clothes, jewelery,furniture and his coffins.The coffins were made of gold.Daily News,1922.

Pe 27 februarie Lordul Carnavor si Domnul Haward Carter au facut o descoperire interesanta. Ei au gasit mormantul lui Tutankhamun in Valea Regilor in Egipt. Mormantul este mai vechi de 3000 de ani. Cand ei au gasit hainele lui Tutankhamun, bijuterile, mobila si cosciugul. Cosciugul era facut din aur. Daily News,1922
