I would like to work in a company where people value teamwork, a company where people understand each other's needs and problems, so we can help each other solve our issues efficiently. In my mind, a place like this would rarely or barely start a conflict. It would be a place where you would feel comfortable to work at. No stress at all and a peaceful environment to work in, perfect for your mental health.
This company would also be placed in a building next to a park, surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants you can take lunch or stop at afterwork. They can be great places to clear up your mind or maybe chat with your co workers.
This company truly sounds like a dream, but there might be one out there in such place with such lovely people working there.
