A wise traveler never despises his own country.

I agree with this statement. First of all, a traveler could be defined as somenone who simply desires to to explore other lands and learn about cultures other than his. A wrong way to state it is by saying a traveler is someone who denies his origins while searching for something different. Second of all, any traveller would like to be treated properly, they want to feel welcome in that foreign country, and thats why they shall invest in their country so that it could make other tourists feel welcome and i believe they are aware of that.
