`` When using the Present Simple, we talk about an action which happens regularly, always, or sometimes. And the sentences refer to something that happens regularly, always, etc.
`` When using the Present Continuous, we talk about an action taking place now, or about future events that are already planned. Here, the sentences refer to something that is happening at this moment, or a future plan.
