1. I think having a shopping addiction is a serious condition, because for some people it can be very relaxing. Even if the shopping addiction can cause a lot of troubles with the money, many people still go shopping for useless things, just to feel more good, because that’s what makes them happy.
2. I believe that for some people it’s working and they go shopping in order to feel good, but I don’t think it’s a lasting feeling. So yeah, it can help, but not for so long.
