Some people because of fat cannot take care of what they want, so it is recommended to run 2/3 km in the morning before work / school and 3/4 km at speed after work / school.

I recommend this list to 10-22 year olds.

And those from 25+; before going to bed we do exercises for the abdomen about 5-6 exercises and lifting the torso 30 lifts each
