easter is a Christian holiday that represents the resurrection.

saturday,at the Church,the priest with gospel and the cross in hand ,followed by the procession of the faithful out with burning candle (light) and around the Church three times.

with the candle lit ,each returns home and makes a small cross of the east Wall .

people are allowed to eat food  only after they are sanctified  and after each person participating in the liturgy.

My Easter holiday this year started on the eve of Thursday. Friday was exhausting! I went shopping for grocerries, provisions and household appliances, saw a boring movie in the cinemas and got home exhausted. Saturday was fun, went to church, rearranged my kitchen, watched a movie and lazed around the house.Sunday, I tried out a chinese recipe, tested my new grill . Did some reading and watched a movie half way - fell asleep before it was over.And thats how I spent my Easter Holiday!
