Dear Mr. Dove,

I am sending you this letter of complaint on behalf of all students who study at Dream high school, from Sibiu, Romania.

On Wednesday, 9th of August 2017, one of our colleagues found some dirty potatoes, inside of the stew was served on that day. She was so shocked, that she could not eat anymore for the rest of that week. Unfortunately, we did the same, we preferred to buy some other food, outside of school.

We sent you some photos, in order for you to better understand the issue. Please start an internal investigation, to find who went wrong, and why. Please find a way to prevent this from happening again, it was really disgusting.

We are looking forward to receiving your answer, with the results of investigations and also with the corrective actions you applied/will apply.

Besides, let me use this opportunity to ask you to revisit the general quality of food you provide every day to our school, it is a lot room for improvement, including the quantity for each portion + the way your subordinates treat us, and talk to us.
