A healthy diet is very important. You need to keep you body healthy and your immunity strong, because there are lots of diseas in the world. To have a healthy diet you need to eat healthy and practise sport. Your body needs vitamins. You can find lots of vitamins in fruit or vegetables. A healthy diet doesn't includes fast-food or fried food. For example: french fries are very bad for your body. They get you fat and they have lots of calories. So a healthy diet is good for us and it's protecting our organism. Sper ca te ajuta. Eu am note foarte bune la engleza, dar oricum, profesorul te va corecta daca e ceva gresit. E scurta, dar nu mai aveam idei. :)
