Mobile Phones are good for you but just if you don't stay on them a lot of time because you can waste your hang out and homework time .
You can also use your own phone to call your family, to search for school stuff on Internet or to play with it but not to much.
Doctors say and say that phones can make you feel bored, can destroy your vision or broke our brain and I don't say anything bad about it because it could be true.
