Yesterday, I was walking to the store when I saw a car accident. The driver had lost control of the car and crashed into a lamppost. I had never seen anything like it before. I was shocked and scared, and I didn't know what to do. Luckily, a police officer had been nearby and arrived at the scene quickly. He had already called for backup and an ambulance. He asked me if I was okay and if I had seen what had happened. I told him that I was fine, but I was still shaken. I had been walking to the store when the accident occurred, and I had been watching the driver struggle to regain control of the car. The officer thanked me for my help and told me that I could go. I walked home, grateful that I was safe.
