A new boy arrives at school

There was a deep silence in the classroom, nothing seemed to interrupt our concentration during the Maths test. I was trying to remember the theorem, when a burst was heard and the door opened.

"Good morning", said a shy boy entering our classroom.

"Hello", said our Maths teacher. "This is Eric, your new classmate. Come in, Eric, and take a seat next to David, right there, on the left side. You will be tested tomorrow. Please try not to bother anyone right now."

The shy boy was not that shy five minutes later. He started to laugh by himself and to make paper balls, throwing them to us. We could no longer be attentive, so the teacher did not take our test papers to correct them.

Although our new classmate gave us the chance to repeat one more day for the Maths test, we did not like him. In fact, we have never seen him again since that day.
