Last year, we were living in Arizona, in the USA. One day I was looking after my four-year-old sister, Lily, because my parents were out. She was sitting in the garden I was painting the door of the house. I was standing on a ladder with a paint brush in my hand when I saw a black and yellow snake in the grass which was going towards my little sister. I immediately started to come down the ladder. When I got to the bottom of the ladder, Lily was holding the snake. I screamed and Lily dropped the snake and it crawled away fast.
