Coming from Walt Disney, one of the most popular men of his time and now, was a man that chased his dream to become an animator, until his dream indeed came true. The man drew and drew and even his rivals couldn't keep up with him.
From his story we can learn that Motivation for doing something you love is success. If we do give up on our dreams , we would do something we'd dislike which can mean we'd make it badly. If we have motivation achieve a goal , we will indeed receive it if we put a little effort in it. Though you don't need a quote to know that , your brain is literally programmed to follow your likings , otherwise we wouldn't even be alive.
So , with enough motivation and effort put in something we love , we can achieve it.
