I agree with the saying and I think that people should be aware that beauty isn't only what we can see, it's about what we can fell too. As humans we tend to judge people by their covers but we should try to meet them and by doing this we will be able to see the other beutyfull parts of them. Physically we are all beutyfull in our unique way, but our mind and soul is something that differentiate one from another. Indeed we can't measure the beauty of our souls and therefore we can't compare it with others and that's good because that's not the point of being a human with a beautyfull soul.
