Hi Tony,
Thanks a lot for your postcard. I received your letter a week ago, but couldn't find time to write back to you, as I've been on a school trip with my classmates.
Manchester is even better than what I've imagined. Definitely one of the most liveliest town of UK,Manchester has won a place in my heart with its cobblestone streets and pretty narrow streets. I have already made a few friends and one of them is actually from Romania! Her name is Alina and I feel like we've been friends for years even if I've just met her. The lectures are very interesting and interactive. There are much more people in each class than there were in high school, which is something I'll have to adjust to, but I'm sure that would't be so hard.
Thank you for inviting me to London. I'll surely drop by some time, probably after finals week. I can't wait to visit The Buckingham Palace and The London Eye.
