           My time at your hotel was a complete catastrophe! 
           In the first place, the food was terrible, barely comestible. The room service was incredibly slow, and the TV didn't work normally either .  Our room wasn't  too clean either, it was a mess. The shower cabin was so small I could barely fit in it and the water was pretty cold too,  it was terrible . If I knew your hotel would be so terrible, I would have never stayed at it!  I hope you will fix  these problems so other people won't have to experience them too!
           This was the first and last time I stayed at your hotel!
