what is the difference between have and do. I mean when you put questions when do you now where to put have or do like take this : :Did you see him?" and "Have you seen him" I MEAN THEY BOTH ARE THE SAME QUESTIONS SO CAN SOMRONE EXPLAIN ME WHEN WE USE DO AND HAVE​

Did you see him = simple past tense; an action that was completed in the past

Have you seen him = present perfect tense; an action that happened in the past and may still be incomplete
