If I had to be a manager of a company I'd love to increase my customer and worker satisfaction to one hundred procent to boost up my sales and my man work power. The game of mouth is the most important for a company as it is the easiest way to advertise. People will come faster at work if they like it and we'd also hire more because people tell that our business is compatible with everyone and its well paid. Everyone wins, including the profit of my company.

First of all, the greatest resource in any company are its employees. They make the things to move, they bring the ideas and they make things happen. If I would have my own company I would take good care of my employees, making them feel like they are an important part every day. I would ask them to take over the lead and see how is it and understand the importance of taking good decisions and be honest and hard working in everything that you do. By making them responsible, they will feel they belong and that is for the best benefit of all. The will see that great results also bring them financial wealth and this would I think the best motivation. I believe motivation is the most important engine to make a company run well.
