Last Christmas I went with my family to a wooden house in the mountains to spend our Christmas there since it was an amazing place to do that.
At first everything seemed fine but after about 2 days, on December 23, a baby deer appeared in front of the house. Its legs were broken and he could barely ealk so we had to help him but there was a problem. We were far away from a city since we were somewhere on a mountain.
We had to figure out what we could do so luckily we remembered some techniques from a school activity where we learned how to fix a broken leg. Me and my mother got some towels and bandages and we managed to kind of put the leg back.
After Christmas, we went with the deer to the animal hospital near a town centre. We managed to save it and release it to the wild.
It was definetly a fun holiday and we even got to save a baby deer. How cool, right?
