Dear sir/madam ,
 
I am writing this letter of complaint to you due to the long hours the staff had to work lately.
We would like to kindly ask you if there is any possibility we could take a day or two off to recover from the stress of the past few weeks.
If not , we will not hesitate to go on a strike or even quit our jobs as we cannot continue to work in those conditions.
I would like to add that when we first started working here , our contracts did not mention having to stay and work over time and not getting paid for it.
Even though most of the people here are poor and really in need for this job , we will not hesitate to take this issue to higher authorities or quit our jobs.
We cannot possibly be efficient and continue working after such long hours.
Please do something about this.
