The discussion centred around solutions to be found in order to improve the current situation such as increased funding and better training for teachers. The educational sistem it's not at its finest in Romania and we all know that. Even if the problems come from the lack of preparation that teachers go through before moving on from their school to teach other children, or if the problems come from the lack of funding that schools get in order to prepare children for adulthood, it doesn't matter. The only thing that matters it's that we know what's this problem causing and we still don't do anything to solve it.
And because of that I came up with three solutions i look forward to present and the beneficial effects they will have on the educational sistem.
The first one is to test really particularly the teachers that will teach. Because of the lack of doing so, a lot of inexperienced teachers were teaching wrong things to children who couldn't tell if the information was wrong, the effect that it has on them being lack of valid informations.
The second solution requires schools to ask for more fund for the children benefits. Having more funds helps with providing better learning spaces and new technologies to improve the speed of learning, and to provide learning new things such as how to work on a computer, even though working on a computer doesn't seem hard, for some children that haven't had a computer while growing up it's a new thing.
The third solution would be to make the school a more enjoyable place. A lot of the lack of education in our country comes from the school dropout. School dropout comes from either lack of financial support or from lack of interest in learning. The lack of financial support that some children might go through it's not something we can solve, but the lack of interest is. By making classes fun and interactive, and a safe environment, children will associate school as a good place, and won't develop fear of school or won't dropout.
