You ordered a gift for a friend from a mail order company .when it arrived it was late and you were not happy with it write a letter to the company ,explaining why you are not happy with the gift and asking for your money back. (10-12 lives)

Im not happy of that  gift delivery (delivery,cred)
That was too late,i waited too much,for this.
My friend is sad,and he awaits for my gift.
Maybe,sir,you can solve this problem,for the next delivery.
