Mr. John Wilson
I stayed two nights at the Bond Hotel because I wanted to explore the city. I was disappointed to find out what was said about the hotel in the advertisement was not completely true. I had problems with WIFI and the tea / coffee machine did not work, and the road to the center of Glengroak was longer than 10 minutes.
Please, Mr. Wilson, solve the problem with the WIFI network and repair the tea / coffee machine, and in the advertisement you should say that the road to the center of Glengroak is longer than 10 minutes.
With respect,
Karma Williams
