In spring, it's sunny outside. The flowers are growing and the trees, too. In spring, we can put a T-Shirt on, a pair of trousers and some sneakers. 
In summer, it's so hot outside. You just have to put a T-shirt on, shorts and a pair of thongs.
In autumn, it's raining and the leaves are falling from the trees. So, we put on a shirt, jeans, sneakers and, of course, a jacket.
In winter, it's snowing and it is very cold outside. So, we put on a shirt, a jumper, trousers, boots and, as you know, a thick coat.
