On he one hand it helps us in learning, due to the fact that it is a big source of information. It is like having the greatest books from all over the world in your house, you can et access to them in just one click. However, not everyone uses internet as a source of information, since there internet is also a place where you can find a lot of games. Children nowadays are obssesd to them, they use all their free time on playing in them.
