2) a structured revision timetable prior to exams

Exam periods can be a stressful time for students, and schools and universities have a responsibility to ensure that students do not suffer from excessive stress. Two of the methods which can be used to achieve this are support from tutors, and a structured revision timetable prior to exams.
In terms of support from tutors, it is essential that students have access to guidance from experienced professionals who can provide advice and assistance throughout the exam period. Tutors should be available to answer questions, provide emotional support and discuss any concerns which students may have. This will help to reduce stress levels by providing reassurance that there is someone on hand who can offer help when needed.
A structured revision timetable prior to exams is also important for reducing stress levels. This should include regular breaks for rest and relaxation, as well as time for leisure activities such as sports or hobbies. A well-planned revision schedule will help students to focus their efforts in an organised way, enabling them to make the most of their time without becoming overwhelmed. It will also give them peace of mind knowing that they have done everything possible in preparation for their exams.
In my opinion, a structured revision timetable is more important than support from tutors when it comes to reducing exam stress. This is because having a plan in place helps students to stay on track and prevents them from feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work they need to do in a short period of time. Furthermore, it allows them some much needed downtime away from studying so that they remain motivated throughout the exam period.
Overall, both support from tutors and a structured revision timetable are vital for helping students cope with exam stress. However, I believe that having a clear plan in place is the most effective way of ensuring that students do not become overwhelmed during this challenging time.
