Mom asked me to do the dishes. "Why me?" I asked myself. I wasn't the only one who had dinner... There were a lot of people at the table: grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, Mike, Susie, and uncle Ben. Then, why me? 
I went to the kitchen, cleaned the plates and put them in the washing machine. I also put all the glasses and the cups and saucers... Unfortunately there wasn't room for the two pans... I put my gloves on my hands and started cleaning them. I finished them in no time.
When I entered the living room I noticed a beautiful cake on the table... All of them were standing and when they saw me they started singing "happy birthday to you"... Wow... There were also some nicely wrapped parcels on a chair... Then, I suddenly remembered it was my birthday...
Well... That's why mom had sent me to do the dishes... to have time to prepare the surprise for me... I love them!

  Romana: De ce? Intrebarea fireasca a curiozitatii. Toti vor sa stie 'de ce', dar uneori se grabesc sa caute explicatii in loc sa se bucure de minune. Dar alteori ne inselam cu gandul la faptul ca totul e posibil, uneori chiar trebuie sa ne intrebam "de ce".
                   De ce? Tendinta oricarui om. Am fost creati curiosi, unii mai mult decat altii. Curiozitatea este uneori o calitate, alteori, un defect.
